Our engineers have identified the reason for this issue, and we're now working on a fix.

In order to prevent any accidental loss of survey data, we've temporarily disabled the ability to delete Surveys, while our team works on a permanent solution. We'll continue to post updates here as we have them!

Investigating

We're currently investigating an issue with Surveys where attempting to delete a survey will result in some users seeing a prompt to confirm the deletion of a different survey.
