Resolved

The Hotjar tracking code script was down for some time between 1300 to 1320 UTC. During this time, it failed to start collecting data (or continue collecting data for an ongoing session) in 10% of the cases.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. This issue has now been resolved!
