We’ve deployed a fix for this issue and survey invites should be working normally - we’re now monitoring the deployment to ensure it has solved the problem for all customers!

Identified

We're investigating an issue with Hotjar processing that caused session and integration events to stall. We've identified the root cause of the issue and we're working hard to resolve it. We'll post further updates as and when we have them, thanks for your patience!
