To recap, on August 25, 2023, at 12:03 pm UTC, we noticed the insights.hotjar.com application was down. After deploying a fix, our engineers monitored and declared this incident resolved at 12:27 pm UTC. Session capture was not affected during this time, and no data loss occurred.

No data loss occurred due to this incident.

Investigating

We're investigating an issue with the Insights application at insights.hotjar.com, which is resulting in Insights currently being down.
