Resolved

Our engineers identified an issue which caused recordings not to load within the Hotjar interface. This issue was fully resolved at 14:45 CEST. The issue caused no impact to user data and websites.

Our engineers will be upgrading our internal integration tests to ensure this particular issue can be detected prior to any new features being deployed.
