What happened?
On February 21st 2022, at 15:47 UTC, we identified an issue that caused some errors to show up in the console on client sites.

Why did this issue occur?
During code deployment, a bug was accidentally introduced that caused the errors.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.

There was a recent change in the client script which caused some unexpected console errors for some users with the Hotjar Tracking script installed.
