Elevated timeouts for Heatmap screenshot generation

What happened?
On April 7, 2022, at approximately 8:40 UTC, we deployed a change to the Continuous Heatmap screenshot generation tool. This inadvertently caused the tool to timeout while gathering data for the screenshot.

Why did this issue occur?
While looking for the associated Recording data for screenshot generation, the utility would timeout, returning an error in the Heatmap view.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
