On Friday 3rd March 2017 at 00:00 CEST / Thursday 2nd March 2017 at 14:00 PDT, our engineers will put Hotjar into maintenance mode for up to an hour while we perform some required infrastructural changes. All functionality will be restored by Friday 3rd March 2017 at 01:00 CEST / Thursday 2nd March 2017 at 15:00 PDT.
Why is this maintenance needed?
As Hotjar continues to grow, our engineering teams work hard to continually improve our infrastructure to better handle all traffic and load. Although we make every effort to ensure all these changes happen seamlessly, there are instances in which downtime is required. Our engineering team will be working on keeping the downtime needed to a minimum.
What impact does this maintenance have on your data?
Whilst the maintenance is being performed, no data will be collected for your site. However, any data collected prior or after the maintenance will be completely safe.
