Feedback responses with Unicode Data Not Submitting

Our engineers have deployed a fix for this issue, poll responses with unicode characters should now be submitting properly. We have further re-inserted the lost responses from logs and no feedback responses should have been lost.

Since 15:10 CET today, polls containing unicode data (eg. ¥ ¼ Ñ ñ) have not been successfully submitting to Hotjar. Our engineers are investigating and have a fix in the pipeline. Unfortunately, any poll responses containing such data are not recoverable.
