We’ve deployed a fix for this issue and survey invites should be working normally - we’re now monitoring the deployment to ensure it has solved the problem for all customers!

Identified

We've identified an issue related to some Recordings not forwarding to Zapier. Our engineers have determined the root cause and fix is being deployed.
