High error rate in session processing

To recap, from 4:00 pm to 8:15 pm UTC, we were experiencing high error rates with session processing which delayed session data (Recordings and Heatmaps) from showing up and prevented some sessions from being processed.

Investigating

We're investigating an issue with unusually high error rates for our session processing service. Session capture may be affected during this time.

Our engineers are working to fix the issue ASAP and will post updates to http://status.hotjar.com/.
