We have investigated, and identified an issue where Highlight clips aren't processing. Our engineers have released a fix, and we're monitoring the incident to make sure the fix is working as expected.
Once we've confirmed it is, we'll mark the incident as resolved :)

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where Highlight clips aren't processing. Users are able to create a highlight, but the clip isn't generated. However, no data is being lost and the clips will be available once this incident is resolved.
Our engineers are working to fix the issue and will post updates to status.hotjar.com. The next update to this issue can be expected in around 16-18 hours.
