Identified

We have been made aware of an issue that is preventing some users from being able to install their Hotjar Tracking Code. The issue occurs when users click "Install Hotjar" on the Overview page within their Hotjar dashboard. Instead of being taken through the install/setup prompts, they will see a blank/loading page.

Our engineers have identified the cause of the issue and we're working on a fix. Thanks for bearing with us!
