We’ve validated the deployed fix has worked, and we’re closing this incident. New survey responses are being connected to recordings. We are working to connect recordings with responses that were affected by this incident.

Our engineers are aware of an issue with survey responses not linking to recordings.

This issue does not affect the data collection of surveys or recordings, only the internal linking between the two in Insights.

We will post updates to status.hotjar.com as soon as we have them. Thanks for bearing with us!
