On September 2nd at 21:30 UTC, we've identified an issue with users not being able to navigate correctly in Hotjar Insights.
Why did this issue occur?
It occurred due to an issue on our end caused by a data inconsistency in the front-end.
Once identified, the issue was fixed by a deployment.
What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
