What happened?
On December 15th, 2021, at 10:31 UTC, we identified an issue that caused a loading spinner to be displayed on multiple Insights pages, causing the interface to appear broken.

Why did this issue occur?
During a code deployment, a bug was accidentally introduced, causing the loading spinner to appear on the pages.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
