Investigating
We’ve declared a P3 incident to investigate reports of survey responses not being sent through to Slack.
Our incident response team is working to understand the root cause for this incident and the steps we need to take to resolve it. In the meantime, Slack will not be working as expected and survey responses won’t be seen there. This is a minor incident and we’re working as quickly as we can to understand the full scope.
We’ll post a further update as soon as we can, when we’ve established the root cause and a fix is being developed.
