Hotjar script loading properly

Resolved

The script loading error was caused due to an issue with our CDN provider. We're putting a process in place that checks the script before deploying to avoid future occurrences of this error.

Monitoring

The script has currently returned to normal, but engineers are monitoring servers and scripts.

The Hotjar script is currently not loading for some users and loading slowly for others. Engineers are investigating.
