Identified

We've declared an incident to investigate reports of Recordings not being sent to Slack-integrated channels if the Recording Segment linked to the channel is saved.

We've identified the root cause of the issue and we're working hard to resolve it. We'll post further updates as and when we have them, thanks for your patience!
