Update

During our investigation, we discovered that Recordings shared via a link aren't playable and redirect the user to login.

This is part of the same overall issue.

We're investigating an issue with delayed processing of Recording Highlights and Heatmap screenshots.
Our engineers are working to fix the issue ASAP and will post updates to status.hotjar.com.
