Our payment provider has implemented an initial fix for their issues and it appears that payment actions within Hotjar are no longer timing out. We'll monitor this further to see if the issue is resolved.

Identified

We're currently experiencing issues accepting payments and updating payment details. This is down to issues that our payment provider are having with their API service. We'll update with further info as soon as we have it.
