Postmortem
On 18/10/2021 at 08:17 UTC our engineers identified a latency with our servers that may have prevented Survey and Incoming Feedback dashboards from loading for users.
What happened?
A developer process on the affected server briefly overwhelmed available resources, causing timeouts. The server was restored to normal operations almost immediately, but some users may have noticed blank screens when loading the Survey or Incoming Feedback views in Insights.
What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
