Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where Highlight clips aren't processing. Users are able to create a highlight, but the clip isn't generated. However, no data is being lost and the clips will be available once this incident is resolved.

Our engineers are working to fix the issue and will post updates to status.hotjar.com.
