Monitoring

We’ve deployed a fix for this issue and survey invites should be working normally - we’re now monitoring the deployment to ensure it has solved the problem for all customers!

We’ll check in again to let you know when the incident is declared fully resolved.

Investigating

We're investigating an issue with some survey invitations not loading on targeted pages.

This issue would only affect Link Survey invitations that showed Hotjar branding on the invitation pop-up. The Link Survey itself will work, but the invite pop up would not appear.

Our engineers are working to fix the issue ASAP and will post updates to status.hotjar.com. Thanks for bearing with us!
