What happened?
Between 6 AM UTC and 12:00 PM UTC on August 3rd, our Identify API didn’t service external requests, which affected our User Attributes features. New and updated User Attributes weren't collected during this time period.

Why did this issue occur?
The User Attributes data not being collected was because our Identify API went down, which stopped serving requests.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
