We will be migrating data used for our Hotjar Ask platform, as part of an infrastructure migration.

During this time, you will be able to access the main Survey and Feedback pages in "view-only" mode, but will not be able to edit or create individual Survey/Feedback widgets.

Additionally, responses for Hotjar Ask Surveys & Feedback will not be collected during this period. We're sorry for the disruption, but thanks for bearing with us while we carry out this work!
