We're continuing to explore the possibility that a recent change to Google Optimize has affected our integration, in turn affecting customer sites.

We're continuing to work towards solving this incident - thanks for your continued patience!
We don't have a substantial update currently, but we're discussing our next steps internally and hope to update you all soon.
As we've mitigated impact to customer site operation, we're downgrading the incident severity to P3 (Minor).

We've identified a critical issue affecting some customers using our Google Optimize integration. A recent code deployment has meant that this integration can cause customer websites to crash.
As an emergency measure, we've disabled this integration across all customer sites until we can resolve the fault.
