Identified

MaxCDN have located the edge locations that are suffering from the high load and will transfer them to higher performing clusters very soon.

Investigating

We're experiencing a problem with our CDN provider which causes the Hotjar script to take a very long time to load for some users. We're in contact with them and are awaiting more information.
