Hotjar application inaccessible for ~15 minutes

Resolved

A change made to our infrastructure resulted in a 'maintenance' message appearing when users tried to access Hotjar. This prevented users from accessing Hotjar. The issue lasted for ~15 minutes and Hotjar is now functioning properly.

Our engineers are investigating the details of what happened so it can be prevented in the future. Thanks for bearing with us!
