On July 1st at 4:35 UTC our engineers identified an issue with the layout of our Survey responses table, which affected some of our customers.

What happened?
After an update to the Surveys responses table, some users were facing issues with its layout looking unaligned.

Why did this issue occur?
In the process of upgrading our tech stack and revamping specific views, we've introduced a bug to the Survey responses table that would cause issues with calculating correct layout and rendering.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
