On 2017-11-29 at 10:00 CET / 01:00 PST, our engineers will temporarily bring Hotjar into maintenance mode while we perform some infrastructural changes. All functionality will be restored by 2017-11-29 at 10:15 CET / 01:15 PST.

Why is this maintenance needed?

We're starting a big database migration and while the migration in itself is anticipated to be seamless the initial changes we need to do before require a small amount of downtime.

What impact does this maintenance have on your data?

Data will not be collected during the downtime.

What impact does this maintenance have on your site?

Hotjar widgets won't be displayed during the downtime.
