We've identified the cause of this incident, rolling back the code deployment which triggered it. We're monitoring the situation to ensure it won't happen again. Once we confirm that we'll set this incident to Resolved. After establishing severity, this incident was downgraded to a P2.

We've declared a critical P1 incident to investigate reports of Hotjar entering maintenance mode unexpectedly, and often.
