What happened?
On March 1 at 14:06 UTC, we detected a series of error stemming from a change that introduced a new metric within our screenshot utility. This change caused the screenshot utility to fail when generating a new Continuous Heatmap screenshot.

Why did this issue occur?
The new metric was missing a positional argument, causing the failure. The issue was immediately detected and we began the process to fix the error.

What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
