Session capture is failing for 20% of sessions

Resolved

We became aware of an issue that began at 6:16pm UTC and prevented Hotjar from collecting Heatmap and Recording data for 20% of sessions. (Feedback and Survey tools were not affected).

This was determined to have been caused by a lack of available server resources. Our engineers have implemented a solution and the issue was resolved at 7:45pm UTC.
