On 16/07/2021 at 08:37 UTC we identified an issue with some Survey responses notifications not being sent, as well as a delay in Survey responses.
Between 08:19 UTC and 08:27 UTC, Survey notifications normally sent to Hubspot, Slack and Segment were lost.
Why did this issue occur?
After deploying a change that was a part of our responses' storage migration process, we detected a bug that caused notifications to not be sent.
What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future?
We will hold an internal postmortem to establish any relevant follow-up actions.
