Some customers encountering Insights performance issues
Incident Report for Hotjar

On March 17, beginning around 18:27 UTC, some users may have encountered performance issue with the Hotjar app (insights.hotjar.com). We received reports of slow loading times and timeout issues.

Our engineers were able to determine this issue occurred while performing updates to the Hotjar infrastructure. This incident is now resolved. Thanks for bearing with us!
